At Orléa, we're committed to a smooth, fast, and transparent delivery experience.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. During peak periods or product launches, this may take longer.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Total delivery time is the sum of both.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and several international destinations. Transit times below are estimates provided by our carriers, counted from the day your order ships.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes, or to certain remote regions where our carriers do not offer service. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Once your order leaves our facility, transit is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at contact@orleaofficial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, reshipping fees may apply, and we cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you provided.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@orleaofficial.com.
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of the delivery date shown at checkout — or of the purchase date, where no date was given — you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
In that case, the refund is issued within 15 days of the cancellation, and we cover the cost of returning any goods already received. Store credit is not a substitute for a refund.
These rights apply regardless of anything stated elsewhere in this policy.
