How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship to the United States and other selected destinations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available in several countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unopened
  • in their original packaging
  • in resalable condition
    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, email us at contact@orlea.ca and include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you’d like to return
  • the reason for the return
    Our team will respond with the next steps.

Are return shipping fees covered?

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an
error on our end.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business
days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include
clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Are limited editions refundable?

Limited editions are final sale, unless the product is defective.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, we may not be able to make changes if the order is already being processed.

Are Orléa products tested on animals?

Never. All Orléa products are cruelty-free.

Are your products natural or organic?

We prioritize ethically sourced ingredients and ingredients of natural origin whenever possible.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

Most of our products are considered safe, but we always recommend consulting a healthcare
professional for personalized guidance.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Orléa gift cards are available in digital or printed format.

Yes. We release exclusive bundles and limited editions throughout the year, based on season and
availability.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For U.S. and international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s
regulations.
These fees are not controlled by Orléa and remain the customer’s responsibility when applicable.
